Refund policy
We’re committed to making sure you love your Solterra Tribe products. If you’re not absolutely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Return Eligibility
- New, unopened products: Must be returned in the condition you received them, with original packaging and order information.
- Gently used products: Must be at least half full and returned with original packaging and order information.
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@solterratribe.com or visit our contact page.
If your return is approved, we will provide a return shipping label. The cost of the return shipping label will be deducted from your refund amount.
Customers are responsible for securely packaging the item for return shipment. We do not provide return packaging materials.
Please note: Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
